The Intelliscan Standards Institute is an independent verification body. It returns a similarity report, an AI-writing advisory, and a Certificate of Originality anyone can check against our public register.
We are not a publisher and we do not assess your science. We answer two questions before a paper reaches your reviewers. Does this text already exist somewhere else, and where? — measured against a threshold you set, with every matching source listed. And does it read as machine-written? — reported as an advisory figure, never as a verdict, because machine-authorship detection is not reliable enough to fail a paper on and we will not pretend otherwise.

Each cleared manuscript receives a Certificate of Originality with a public verification code and a permanent register entry.
A paper is lodged in round one by its corresponding author. Two weeks later the revision arrives from a co-author — a different person, a different address, usually a different institution. A checker with no concept of authorship sees a 94% match and returns the author's own work to them as plagiarism.
VERIFY recognises the manuscript, not just the sender. Earlier versions of the same paper are set aside — and shown to you, with the overlap, the reason and the authority for the exclusion, because a report that hides what it found is not a report. A co-author's separate paper is still checked in full: undeclared text recycling is exactly what you want to see.
A manuscript under review is unpublished intellectual property, and we do not ask you to hand it over on ordinary terms. Your manuscripts are sealed by default. They are matched against, so they protect you — but they are never quoted. When someone else's paper overlaps with one of yours, their report tells them a match exists and gives them nothing else.
That is the trade worth understanding: being in the corpus is what protects you the day somebody submits your author's paper to another journal. Sealed indexing lets you accept that protection without exposing a single unpublished line.
